1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix, dry
1 sm. pkg. shredded coconut, optional
1 - 2 c. nuts, chopped
2 sticks butter, melted
Dump each ingredients as listed, spreading out each layer evenly, into a 9x13” pan.
Bake at 325 degrees until cherry pie filling starts oozing up through other ingredients and the coconut and nuts brown; about 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
It doesn’t get any easier than that!
